Areas of Special Expertise:

I have 6 years of experience in a variety of settings with a range of populations. I work with adults, couples, families, and children, specializing with children ages 3-12. My work combines Western psychology with Eastern philosophy and Buddhism, along with a mind/body approach. With children, I use Play Therapy and Expressive Arts Techniques to help them work through emotional difficulties. I include Expressive Arts Techniques with adults and families as appropriate. Issues I work with (both adults and children) include: relationship issues, family issues, parenting, child/school related, trauma, abuse, grief/loss, anxiety, depression, transition, cultural challenges.
