Bio In a Hiroshima-based and online practice since 2009, I use a pragmatic, holistic and collaborative approach with an aim towards growing choices and safety in relationship to self and others. Clients often seek my help when they're struggling with familiar patterns in which they feel stuck, or want to anchor positive change while in transition. Experienced working with depression, loss, anxiety, trauma, isolation and cross-cultural issues.
