Bio

I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with more than 10 years in the counseling profession. I was born and raised in Arizona and have lived in Spain, Peru, Thailand and Japan. Much of my work has been in the school setting and I love working with students, parents and teaching professionals.

Clients I Work With
I specialize in teens and adults dealing with a wide range of problems from addiction to stress, anxiety and depression. I also work with parents to improve behavior and strengthen relationships.
Services I Offer
My philosophy is very much rooted in Client Centered Therapy and I bring an eclectic blend of clinical counseling including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Gestalt, EMDR and others. I believe that the client knows themselves best and sometimes just needs a third person perspective to help navigate their lives.
