Licensed Psychotherapist & Certified School Psychologist (New York, USA), Masters & Doctoral Degrees from Columbia University, providing Interdisciplinary-Based Psychology: Relational Psychodynamic Therapy, Sleep Wellness (Assessment & Treatment), & Research-Based Practices.

My approach and the affiliated professionals under my supervision provide the space to explore the mind-body-place of a person's life experiences within relationships that are contributing to ways of thinking, emotions that can be promoted to actual feelings, and actions that can lead to transformative experiences. We embrace, among other areas of research-based practices, the following theoretical orientations: Talmudic Halacha, Human Paleontology, Psycho-Analysis, Sociology, Architectural Theory, & the Natural Sciences.

Memberships: International Mental Health Professionals Japan, Society of Behavioral Sleep Medicine, Japanese & American Psychological Associations: Division 12, and former faculty member at various universities in New York City & Senior Fellow Researcher at Columbia University, Teachers College.

Areas of specialty include: anger regulation, relationships, anxiety, depression, sleep health, and trauma.

I am the Founder and President of Wellness Alliance Foundation (WAF), which promotes and supports the mental, physical and economic well-being of migrant farmworkers and their families, unemployed and low-income individuals regardless of race, culture or ethnic background, religious or political beliefs, gender and/or sexual orientation.
