I am a licensed marriage and family therapist in California. I work with couples, individuals, and adolescents. I see clients who are seeking personal growth in themselves and in their relationships, and our work focuses on any of various issues the client brings, not limited to, but which may include one or several of the following: managing anxiety or depression, healing from trauma, addiction, body image issues, and the grieving process. I use a combination of cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness, somatic/body-oriented therapy, and relational/humanistic counseling in my work.
