Andrew graduated University of Cambridge School of Medicine in 1998 and undertook his psychiatry training in UK before moving to Tokyo in 2009 to complete a PhD at Keio University School of Medicine in 2015. He has a post-graduate diploma in Cognitive Analytic Therapy from University of East Anglia, is a member of Royal College of Psychiatrists and British Association for Psychopharmacology, and is on the GMC Specialist Register in UK. He holds both a UK and a Japanese medical license. Andrew now holds a psychiatry clinic at American Clinic Tokyo and has a private psychotherapy practice, Tokyo Mental Health, in Ginza.
