TOKYO | SHINAGAWA:  Trained in the US as a PhD in Clinical Psychology, Ana is also a California licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with more than 25 years post-license experience. She has been in private practice in Tokyo since 1992 working with adults, adolescents, couples and families. Her approach integrates various therapeutic modalities including Psychodynamic, Cognitive Behavioral, Mindfulness and Neuroscience. Her specialties include relationship counseling and the treatment of anxiety, panic disorder, obsessive compulsive disorder, depression and bipolar disorder. She consults in English and French.
