Trained in the US as a PhD in Clinical Psychology, Ana is also a California licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with more than 25 years post-license experience. She has been in private practice in Tokyo since 1992 and consults in English and French. Her approach integrates multiple therapeutic modalities including Psychodynamic, Cognitive Behavioral, Mindfulness and modern Neuroscience.

In addition to helping clients identify and release deeper subconscious patterns of emotional response and behavior that interfere with their optimal functioning, Ana provides them with effective tools and practical strategies for alleviating symptoms, promoting growth and developing resilience.
