NAGOYA | ONLINE:  My practice as a Certified Canadian Counsellor facilitates self-knowledge, emotional acceptance and growth; and the optimal development of self-leadership, self-connection and personal resources. I am dedicated to ensuring client safety and fulfilling professional ethics within all my counselling relationships. My client base includes online clients and encompasses adults and adolescents experiencing anxiety and depression, navigating transitions (cultural and lifespan), facing specific problems/crisis, seeking personal insight and knowledge, working through trauma and inner conflict, and improving relationships with self and others. I also work with couples (in person only). I have trained in several evidence-based, enduring, and effective counselling methods including: Internal Family Systems Therapy, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy, and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy. My wholistic approach is also informed by neurobiology and existentialism.
