Bio

As a Certified Internal Family Systems Therapist my practice facilitates self- knowledge, emotional acceptance and growth; and the optimal development of self-leadership, self-connection and personal resources. I am dedicated as a Certified Canadian Counsellor to ensuring client safety and fulfilling professional ethics within all my counselling relationships. My client base includes online clients and encompasses adults and adolescents experiencing anxiety and depression, navigating transitions (cultural and lifespan), facing specific problems/crisis, seeking personal insight and knowledge, working through trauma and inner conflict, and improving relationships with self and others. I have trained in several evidence-based, enduring, and effective counselling methods including: Internal Family Systems Therapy Levels 1 and 2, Polyvagal Theory, Brainspotting, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy. My wholistic approach is informed by neurobiology and existentialism.
