Bio I am a British-Swedish Clinical Psychologist registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (United Kingdom), Socialstyrelsen (the National Board of Health & Welfare, Sweden) and the European Federation of Psychological Association (EFPA).
I completed my Doctorate in Clinical Psychology from the University of London (UK), specialising in working with adults and children presenting with neurological/cognitive and neurodevelopmental difficulties.
My counselling/psychotherapy is ethical and informed by recent evidence. I use a person-centred and integrative approach to fully understand you, and cultivate your inherent strengths to enable a meaningful and fulfilling life. I help you as the parent to understand your child's experience, and build your confidence and skills to support your child.
You can expect a transparent, trusting, empathic and non-judgemental therapeutic relationship with me so that you feel safe to talk about yourself or your family as well as try out the new skills or techniques you learn with me.
