As a licensed psychotherapist, I strive to help individuals achieve good mental health and a life that’s fulfilling and meaningful. As everyone is unique, I prioritize getting to know the individual, their strengths and struggles, and discover what works most effectively for them. I use a variety of tools to help individuals: Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), as well as other mindfulness-based and evidence-based modalities. I have experience treating depression, anxiety, phobias, post-traumatic stress, eating disorders, cultural adjustment problems, relationship difficulties, sleep issues, and more. The great psychologist Carl Rogers has a well-known saying that informs my practice: “The curious paradox is that when I accept myself just as I am, then I can change.”
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and maintain my license in Florida, USA. All sessions are currently being offered online via a confidential and secure platform, or via telephone.
