I am a psychotherapist at Tokyo International Psychotherapy in Shibuya. I am licensed as LMHC in the State of Massachusetts. I work with college students and adults who suffer from addiction issues, mood disorder, anxiety disorder, PTSD, Adult Children of Alcoholics, co-dependency, life phase issues, grieving, adjustment problems, cross-cultural issues, and relationship issues. My therapeutic approaches are Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness, interpersonal therapy, Client-centered therapy.
