Bio

I am a Certified Internal Family Systems (IFS) Therapist (Level 3) and a certified member of the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association. My practice focuses on cultivating self-awareness, personal growth and self-leadership. As a trained Mindful Self-Compassion teacher, I integrate mindfulness and self-compassion practices to help clients build emotional resilience and deepen their self-connection. I am also dedicated to ensuring client safety and upholding professional ethics in my counselling relationships.

I work with adult clients experiencing shame, anxiety, depression, trauma, and inner conflict; navigating life and cultural transitions; facing crises or specific challenges; seeking meaning, purpose and deeper self-understanding; and striving to improve their relationships with both themselves and others.

My approach draws on several evidence-based and enduring therapeutic methods, including Polyvagal Theory, Brainspotting, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and principles from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT). My holistic practice is grounded in neurobiology and informed by existential perspectives.
