ATANASIU, Flavia
Organizational, Clinical, and Military Psychologist for Individuals and Couples
With over seven years of national/ international counseling experience for both individuals and couples, I am a well-versed psychologist with experience supporting both civilian and military populations. My clinical practice integrates a range of evidence-based and experiential modalities, including client-centered Rogerian psychotherapy, motivational interviewing, family constellation therapy (facilitating both individual and organizational counseling and workshops), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) for couples.
Throughout the years, I have also learned how to combine a client-centered approach to therapy with elements of NLP, EMDR, DBT, and hypnotherapy techniques to promote relaxation and mental well-being while facilitating clients' self-discovery in a safe and nurturing environment, where they can truly experience being themselves.
Meditations and relaxation techniques can be provided and customized within the therapy session upon request.
Lastly, drawing on my forensic background, I also work with psycho-legal cases, including mediation, psychological evaluations, court presentations, and court-mandated counseling. Please feel free to inquire for further details.
