TSUJII, Hiromi
I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (NY)/National Certified Counselor (U.S.), and a Certified Clinical Psychologist/Certified Public Psychologist (Japan). For over 30 years, I have been dedicated to supporting individuals, couples, and families across all life stages, working in hospitals, schools, and community mental health agencies.
At the heart of my practice is Collaborative-Dialogic Practice, which honors each person's expertise in their own life. I integrate a variety of therapeutic modalities—including EMDR and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)—to help individuals and families navigate life’s challenges with compassion and resilience.
Beyond my clinical work, I am deeply committed to supporting the professional growth of therapists and mental health professionals. As a certified trainer in the Dialogical Approach to Couple and Family Therapy from Finland, I provide training and supervision, fostering meaningful therapeutic encounters and deeper development in the field.
