I am an accredited and experienced British/American counselor, and have been providing therapy online since 2010. I have been trained in a number of different psychological approaches including Person-centered, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. I combine these approaches in a way that will work best for each individual.

I aim to offer the best possible service to all clients and regularly attend Continuing Professional Development courses and professional supervision to further my knowledge and understanding.

Clients I Work With
I work with adults and young people, particularly those who are experiencing stress at work, or struggling to maintain a balance between a personal life and work or school. My clients might be teachers, expats, returnees, JET/ALTs, LGBTQIA+, young professionals, students, university lecturers/researchers, military-affiliated, unemployed, or those working in tech or gaming industry - in fact, anyone who is seeking a safe listening space to find a solution to their emotional or stress-related issues.
