Bio I'm a Clinical Psychologist, specialized in Mood Disorders (Anxiety, Depression, Bipolar), Developmental Disorders (ADHD, ASD, learning disorders), and Cultural Adaptation. I am currently working closely with international schools for assessment and workshops.
For therapy, I define my approach as Integrative, as I use diverse techniques and strategies from different areas to match the patient's needs. I base most of my plans on Evidence Based interventions, like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I also offer Social Skills training for children and adults and parent orientations for work with children. I have done research in the cultural adaptation process to Japan, Culture Shock, and Acculturation.
I have been working with the international community in Tokyo since 2018 and have worked with patients from around 43 different countries.

Services I Offer Individual psychotherapy for children, teenagers, and adults, Social Skills Training for children and adults, parent orientations, psychological assessment (cognitive, educational, neuropsychological, and diagnostic), clinical supervisions, seminars and presentations.
Service Fee For therapy and orientations the base fee is 15,400 yen (including tax) per 50 minutes, and for Assessment and Evaluation the base fee is 12,100 yen (including tax) per hour.
Notes As I work with patients from very different origins and with very different situations, I make an emphasis in clear communication as part of the therapeutic process. I like to be open about the therapy plan so the patient can also see the reason behind the strategies and understand more about themselves.
