IMHPJ Annual Conference 2023
Welcome to IMHPJ’s 27th Annual Conference: Traumas & Treatments!
This year’s conference brings us together in person for the first time in 3 years, at Kyoto University, where we will have the opportunity to learn about the trauma treatment – Brainspotting (BSP) – from leading expert, Dr. Takanobu Suzuki.
In addition, we will have a variety of presentations on trauma treatment topics including; Somatic Practices & Polyvagal Theory with Active Duty Military Populations, Child Abuse Mandated Reporting in Japan, and Integrating Internal Family Systems (IFS) with EMDR in treating complex trauma.
Whether you are an IMHPJ member or a mental health professional seeking to expand your knowledge, skills, and network, this conference is a valuable opportunity both to learn, and to (re)connect with peers, share experiences, and insights.
We hope you will join us and be a part of this exciting and important conversation on traumas and treatments.
