Bio

I am a clinician, academic and a researcher with more than a decade of experience working with adult clients from a diverse background. My specialty is trauma, and I have worked with different groups of survivors (e.g., sexual abuse, rape, refugees), in addition to working with other client groups such as those struggling with stress, anxiety, depression, identity-related issues, etc. I use a humanistic approach in my clinical work, but also draw from CBT, DBT and Narrative therapy.

Adult clients, presenting problems related to trauma, grief, anxiety, depression, stress, Identity, relationship issues, acculturation, gender issues, work-life balance.

I work with adult clients, and offer Humanistic therapy, DBT, CBT, MCBT, Focusing therapy and Narrative therapy.
